Shipping Charges & Returns Policy
Orders will generally be dispatched within 1-2 working days of ordering. However, in exceptional busy times, delivery may take up to 3-4 days. Fashion and Steel accepts no responsibility for any delivery delays due to Royal Mail, DPD or UPS disruptions. Fashion and Steel guarantees your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee.
UK orders
£5.00 per order. All online UK orders are sent free of charge with orders over £100 (excl. VAT). Orders are sent by UPS, DPD or Royal Mail signed for service.
European Union orders
£10.00 per order. Orders are sent by UPS, DPD or Royal Mail's International signed for service.
Other European orders (Outside the EU)
£15.00 per order. Orders are sent by UPS, DPD or Royal Mail's International signed for service.
All Worldwide orders
£15.00 per order. Orders are sent by UPS, DPD or Royal Mail's International signed for service.
Returns Policy & Guarantee
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 14 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact Fashion and Steel and then return your products unopened within 14 days of receiving your parcel. If you cancel part of an order the postage and packaging may have to be recalculated in accordance to our delivery rates. For example if you are a UK customer and your order came to £210.00 delivery would be free, if you cancel part of that order and say the total order is now less than £50.00 a delivery charge will be added. We will only pay for return postage for products which are faulty or sent in error.Please note: pierced jewellery cannot be returned without prior authority from Fashion and Steel.
